How to Measure
Getting your measurements right means better fit, more comfort, and more confidence. Follow these simple steps at home using a soft measuring tape.
What You Need
- A soft measuring tape (fabric or flexible)
- A well-fitting, non-padded bra (for bra measurements)
- A mirror to help check positioning
How to Measure Your Bra Size
Step 1 - Measure Your Band Size (Under-bust)
Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep the tape parallel to the floor. Round to the nearest whole number. This is your band size (e.g. 32, 34, 36).
Step 2 - Measure Your Bust
Wrap the tape loosely around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor. Do not pull too tight - the tape should just skim the surface.
Step 3 - Calculate Your Cup Size
Subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. The difference determines your cup size:

Example: Band = 34", Bust = 37" → Difference = 3" → Cup = C → Bra size = 34C
How to Measure Your Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight. Breathe normally - do not hold your breath.
How to Measure Your Hips
Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, usually about 8-9 inches below your waist. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
How to Measure Your Bust (for tops, nightwear & loungewear)
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and your arms relaxed at your sides.
Tips for Accurate Measurements
- Always measure over bare skin or thin, form-fitting clothing
- Keep the tape parallel to the floor at all times
- Do not pull the tape too tight or leave it too loose
- Take measurements twice to confirm accuracy
- If you are between sizes, size up for comfort
