We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with tags attached.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Are intimate items returnable?
For hygiene reasons, panties and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly sent.
